How much does coworking in Písek cost?

You pay per pass, with no contract and no membership:

• Day Pass: 300 Kč. One whole day in the office.
• Day Pass 10×: 2,500 Kč. Ten day passes at a lower price.
• Flex Pass (1 month): 3,000 Kč. A month in the office on the days you book.
• Dedicated Desk (1 month): 5,000 Kč. Your own desk for a month.

Prices include 21% VAT. You pay once, and nothing renews by itself.

Can I try coworking first?

There is no free trial day. To try it, buy a day pass for 300 Kč: one whole day, with nothing more to commit to.

How do I buy a pass?

In the Sandwork app for iPhone and Android: choose a pass and pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

Can I get an invoice for my company?

Yes. The invoice can carry your company's name, IČO (company ID) and VAT number.

Every purchase gets an invoice. It is sent to your email, and you find it in Profile → View Invoices. To have your invoicing details on it, fill them in under Profile → Edit Profile before you buy.

What are the opening hours?

Around the clock, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Come any time on a day you have a pass for: a day pass covers the whole day, from midnight to midnight.

How do I get in without a reception?

There is no reception: you let yourself in.

On a day you have an active pass, open the door either with the button in the app or by typing the PIN on the keypad by the door.

You find your PIN in the app.

Do I need to book a desk?

It depends on the pass:

• A day pass is for one day, which you choose when you buy it or later in the app, up to 3 days ahead.
• With a flex pass, you book the days you will come in the app, up to 7 days ahead.
• A dedicated desk needs no booking: it is yours for the whole month.

A booked day keeps a place for you at the shared desks.

Where will I sit?

At the shared desks, you take any free one. This applies to day passes and the flex pass.

With a dedicated desk for a month, you always sit at your own desk.

Can I cancel a pass?

• Day Pass: cancel it before its day and it goes back to your account, and you activate it another time. Cancel it on the day itself and you only free your spot for someone else; the pass isn't refunded.
• Flex Pass: cancel it any time before it starts. It goes back to your account, and you activate it again later.
• A booked day of a flex pass: cancel it any time. You can book it again while a spot is free.
• Dedicated Desk: cancel it any time before it starts. It goes back to your account, and you activate it again later.

What amenities are there?

Bring just your laptop. Here you will find:
